Nora Tech Systems (“we”, “us”) provides OpsHub, a business operations platform. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our marketing site or an OpsHub workspace.
Information we collect
Marketing site: contact details you send by email (name, company, message). OpsHub workspaces: account data configured by your organisation’s admin (users, attendance, tasks, clients, finance records) stored in that customer’s isolated Firebase project.
Demo requests and advertising
If you reach our demo page from an advertisement, you can fill in a short form: your name, WhatsApp number, company name, team size, type of business and what you would like to fix first. We use these details to contact you on WhatsApp and by phone to arrange your demo. We also record which advertisement brought you to the page (for example the campaign name and the click identifier added by the ad platform).
Our advertising tags from Meta and Google load on the demo page, so those platforms can see that the page was visited. When you submit the form we also send a record of that conversion to them so we can measure our advertising. For Meta this includes your phone number and first name in hashed (scrambled) form. To ask us to delete your details, email support@noratechsystems.com.

Data isolation
Customer OpsHub deployments are provisioned per customer. We do not mix one customer’s operational data with another’s.
