What happens if we hit the user limit?
OpsHub enforces a maxUsers seat cap on the workspace. New users cannot be added until you upgrade to a higher plan or an Enterprise seat pack.
Are optional modules extra?
Core ops (Attendance, Leave, Tasks, Projects, Clients, Finance, Payroll) are included. Optional modules such as Invoices & Payments, Quotations, Appointments and WhatsApp are enabled per workspace - Scale and Enterprise include broader module access; Team/Growth can enable select options during onboarding.
