What is OpsHub?
OpsHub is Nora Tech Systems' business operations platform for SMBs. It combines attendance (check-in/out, work zones), tasks and projects (Board, Gantt), timesheets, leave, CRM clients, and finance (transactions, budgets, payroll). Optional modules: Invoices & Payments, Quotations, Appointments, Shift Scheduling, WhatsApp / Conversations.
How much does OpsHub cost?
Team ₹800/month (up to 10 users). Growth ₹1,500/month (up to 20). Scale ₹3,500/month (up to 50). Enterprise 50+ is custom. Annual = pay 10 months, get 12. All prices INR, taxes extra. Details on the pricing page.
What happens when we hit the seat limit?
Each workspace has a hard maxUsers cap. New users cannot be added until you upgrade. The product surfaces a user-limit message when the cap is reached.
What’s included in Team vs Growth?
Both include core ops modules. Growth doubles seats to 20 and is the plan we recommend when you need timesheets/Gantt heavily and optional invoicing. Scale unlocks larger seats and broader optional modules (Appointments, WhatsApp, Shift Scheduling).
Is data isolated between customers?
Yes. OpsHub uses per-customer Firebase deployments - separate Auth, Firestore, Storage and module configuration. One customer’s data is not in another’s project.
What user roles exist?
admin, accountant and user. My Workspace covers personal attendance, leave and tasks. Task creation can be delegated via canCreateTasks where configured.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes - Flutter companion for check-in/out, tasks, attendance history and profile. Admin panel, CRM and finance stay on the web app.
Is WhatsApp included by default?
No. WhatsApp Business and Conversations are optional modules for booking, reminders and threads. Enabled per workspace when appropriate.
Do you support GST invoices?
When Invoices & Payments / Quotations are enabled, company profiles support GSTIN and GST-aware documents.
How does OpsHub compare to Zoho People or Keka?
